Jose Antonio - Brasil: I have used this one
Sanja Božinović: I haven't but it looks really useful
Alma Mureskic Harbas: yes, so I just fill in the form
Jose Antonio - Brasil: I liked it.
Jose Antonio - Brasil: My students also enjoyed using it
Besma Maraoui: This is really new to me but worth trying
Sanja Božinović: I love Answergarden and use it quite often.
Jose Antonio - Brasil: Exit slips are a great way of assessing learning
Sanja Božinović: yes, they are.
Jose Antonio - Brasil: I have never used admit tickets. I think it is a wonderful idea
Besma Maraoui: We are rather concerned with assessing language fluen
Besma Maraoui: accuracy as teachers of English
Besma Maraoui: They know rules but make mistakes with practice
Gordana Palada: Google docs could be used this way
Jose Antonio - Brasil: Kaisena is a good tool. It was removed from Google and now it is back
Jose Antonio - Brasil: We used it and loved it. Now, as the semester starts, we just can't wait
Jose Antonio - Brasil: I also love Google forms.
Shelly Sanchez, @ShellTerrell: Formmule
Jose Antonio - Brasil: Actually it helps us a lot to have them create quizzes for their peers. It reduces our workload and forces them to be more active
Sanja Božinović: And they learn while creating the quiz :)
Jose Antonio - Brasil: My students love Kahoot and I realized I could not create one every class, so I asked students to do it
Besma Maraoui: This is a great tool to have students take responsibility of their own learning
Sanja Božinović: My Grade 5 students love Kahoot.
Marija Huzjak-Saban: My students adore Kahoot too
marina.richter1@skole.hr: mine, too :D
Jose Antonio - Brasil: It is way more fun when they create their own
Sanja Božinović: true, JA
Besma Maraoui: I solved some quizzes on kahoot but never made my own
Sanja Božinović: It is easy, Besma, and quite intuitive. You should try.
Jose Antonio - Brasil: @Besma, it is quite easy to make your own
Kazik Kucharski: Oh edpuzzle, i bumped into it 2 days ago and was about to see how it works
Ayat Tawel: Which tools do you think are the safest to use with young learners ?
Jose Antonio - Brasil: Young Learners love Tiny Tap
Besma Maraoui: Good question Ayat because we can't use all these tools at a time
Shelly Sanchez, @ShellTerrell: http://www.shellyterrell.com/ and http://teacherrebootcamp.com/
Ayat Tawel: Good to hear that Jose, haven't used it before !!
Ayat Tawel: Yeah Besma, esp with YLs we need to be careful
Marija Janković: Do you have tablets in school for Kahoot or students do it on their mobile phones?
Tiziana Angiolini from Italy: Thanks a lot Shelly
Jose Antonio - Brasil: Fantatic tips Shelley
Besma Maraoui: Thats Shelly! really very rich session
marina.richter1@skole.hr: they use their own mobile phones. i usually play it in groups, so that we need 3-5 mobile phones only
Shelly Sanchez, @ShellTerrell: http://mooc.educalab.es/courses/course-v1:MOOCINTEF+EduGoalsMOOC+2018_ED1/about
Besma Maraoui: I meant THANKS
Raoudha Amri: working in groups is a great idea
marina.richter1@skole.hr: i also do it because not all of my Ss have a mobile phone
Efrossini Zoniou: I'd love your dog to teach me his/her digital skills!
Kazik Kucharski: I face many issues when theachers while assesing stick strictkly to THE KEY. I teach one-on-one and one of my learners attends language school - a group course but there teachers is not very flexible about grammar. I myself had such teacher at university, she was literally correcting students' exercises with key in her hand. It's more comment rather than question. Kahoot is great, i've started using it thanks to this course and my learners love it for sure.
anita.pukanic@skole.hr: I also do it in groups
Ayat Tawel: Savvy is the star now, bless her <3

Thanks to Shelly for such an enlightening webinar! You are a fountain of digital knowledge, Shelly! I am awed at the sheer quantity of apps available! I will certainly go back to the recordding and sip the apps in little doses! Now where's my mobile device? I have got a test to prepare for tomorrow's classes...

The session was absolutely great. I have so many things to explore :O Many tools are new and some can expand those that I have already been using (like google forms). Extremely practical webinar. Thank you Shelly, your smile is truly infectious ;-)

This was a wonderful webinar! Thank you Shelly for offering us an impressive menu of digital assessment tools. I haven't tried them yet so I will probably start using TinyTap with my young learners. I plan to explore most of them and then decide which ones work for me and my students :)

It was absolutely a pleasure to attend the webinar and listen to Shelly Terrell’s precious information and advice. Her close examination of digital assessing tools has been fantastic. Now we have only to choose the ones that better fit our needs. I will also remember her advice about peer assessment.

As always it was just great to listen to Shelly. So interesting, inspirational and informative. I am happy I could make it, but I'll watch the recording too, to find and try some of digital assessment tools she informed us about. Thanks Shelly!
